System Engineer IV - Cloud Engineer

Job Description

Bridges is seeking a System Engineer to support our government customer. The System Engineer will be responsible for deployment of new solutions into existing cloud resources or off-premise infrastructure. Primarily responsibilities include accepting requests for service or capacity via web, email, or phone; working with customers to clarify and understand their requirements; and be initial UCS customer.

Requirements

* Working knowledge of one or more cloud based platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, OpenStack
* Experience accepting requests for service by working with customers to clarify and understand their requirement.
* Experience conducting procedures for testing, installation, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and recovery
* Knowledge of the purpose of the basic common cloud services including Compute, Storage, Memory, Load Balancing, DNS

Good to have

* Windows and Linux system administration
