Purpose of Position-

As a Technical Lead with Dunkin you will be a critical part of functional project team responsible for owning and executing delivery of solutions based on the business' needs. This role will be utilized majorly for technical aspects of Salesforce.com (around Sales Cloud and Service Cloud areas for now) and Custom Applications.

What You'll Be Working On-

* Accountable for leading all design, best practice architecture and integration including development and configuration efforts for custom applications and SalesForce.com deployed modules
* Accountable for translating functional specifications into technical designs, manage Unit testing, Regression, and Integration/QA testing
* Work with Security group to ensure data and process compliance for PCI and PII audits

What You'll Need-

* Bachelor's degree with concentration in IT or business
* Overall 8 years of progressive, relevant IT experience
* Minimum of 4 years of solution design, technical development and deployment experience
* Collaborate with business to define requirements and create design for implementation
* Responsible for directing and managing developer resources to accomplish project goals
* Responsible for developing in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, React, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements
* Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents
* Setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
* Managing technical scope and client expectation
* Hands-on experience with MuleSoft implementation
* Experience in releasing applications on Salesforce AppExchange
* Delivering creative and engaging solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
* Certified Force.com Developer (DEV-401), Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
* Certified Force.com Advanced Developer (DEV-501), Platform Developer II or equivalent experience
* Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management, environment management, continuous integration
