This senior member of the Global SCCM Infrastructure Support Team will work to maintain SCCM application platform with a focus on the global SCCM infrastructure.
* Serves as a System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Administrator. * Patch management for Windows desktops and server infrastructure. * Provides highly technical and/or specialized guidance concerning automation solutions to complex information processing problems related to the distributed computing environment. * SCCM Administrator shall be knowledgeable in multiple current technology areas including client computer hardware and operating systems end-user desktop software remote management and end-user device security management and patching. * Improve system security performance and develop new enhancements and services for supported Infrastructure and tools. * Managed monitor and maintain all infrastructure including servers SCCM backups and Microsoft SQL Server 2014/2016. * Coordinate with vendors on issues with software hardware or the interaction between the two * Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to a very advanced level * Respond to &resolve escalated customer-related issues * Utilize scripting skills for automation. * Participate in on-calls to provide on demand 24/7 SME support
* 10+ years professional experience with MS Windows Servers and SCCM in global organization. * 7+ years' experience in Information Technology in a large distributed data center environment. * Highly Skilled in the design implementation and use of Microsoft SCCM 1610 or later. * SCCM 2016 deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting experience. * Skilled in the use of Microsoft SQL 2014 or later. * Understanding of setup/use/troubleshooting of software deployment "Maintenance Windows". * Reporting experience with the SCCM database. * Experience of using and supporting SQL SSRS. * Create clear and crisp Control documents for process control manuals. * Create problem routing for CSC L1 Helpdesk resources as and when required. * Provide Tier 3 support for escalated server infrastructure and client issues in relation to application deployment * Skilled in scripting (PowerShell & WMI) and ability to use that skill in daily work including automation across multiple security layers networks and SCCM. * Experience with monitoring solutions (Microsoft SCOM) is a requirement. * Performance monitoring and system tuning experience to business critical stability levels. * Encryption Technologies & Cyber Security frameworks. * TCP/IP Global Network LAN WAN & firewall services support experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * ITIL Foundation or higher or Prince2/SCRUM certificate would be advantage * A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or other computer related discipline or equivalent work experience
