Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLSWindows 10 /7 troubleshooting, Desktop Support, OS Deployment, Print server Management, AntiVirus Management, communication skills, powershell
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Create new OS images / Update existing ones
2. Deploy OS with WDS and configure user profile
3. Support VIP Clients (CxO cadre)
4. Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
5. Procure computer systems and liaise with purchase and supplies department.
6. Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
7. Conduct remote troubleshooting
