Overview

EIS Inc. is seeking a TS/SCI Cleared System Administrator. You will work on a team that supports dynamic military and intelligence operations. Working with fellow member, the administrator will maintain systems that will are critical to the US Department of Defense and US Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

* Supporting a highly visible project supporting vital defense initiatives
* Provide support to the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the architecture
* Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; escalating application problems to vendor.
* Pager Duty - On call as needed for System Support

Qualifications

* Must have Active TS/SCI Clearance/CI Poly will be require upon employment
* Must have one of the following current DoD 8570 Certifications at Level II or III:
* GSEC / Security+ / SSCP / CCNA Security / CISA / CASP / CISSP / GCIH / GCED


* Bachelor's degree in related field with up to 4 years relevant experience. Years of experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
* Have solid experience with:o HP ProLiant C7000 Chassis series hardware, Oracle / Fujitsu M3000 M4000 o AD Domain controller administration, DNS, DHCP and Privileged User Accounto Windows COTS and GOTS installations and configurationo Oracle 11G and 12C Running on Solaris 10 64Bit Sparc Hardware & Red Hato General DBA duties and patchingo Solaris 10 Spac Edition/ Red Hat CentOS and Windows 2012 - OS install patching and supporto Fiber Switches and networks in general - Equipment Administration Cisco Allied Telesys cable termination and troubleshooting
* Experience with the following is a plus:o NetBackup 7o X Series (disk arrays and Tape drives)o NetApp 8X Series NetApps controllers with ISCS IFCN Luns and CIFS and NFS Shareso Postgres 9.Xo Future work, would include fail over capabilities / Disaster Recovery dutieso Oracle Data Guard configuration experienceo VM Ware experience with VM experience
