Job Description

Wedbush Securities is one of the largest securities firms and investment banks in the nation. Our Correspondent Services Division has an immediate need for a Client Services/Liaison Associate, who will be responsible for client services with a focus on cash and securities transfers between Wedbush Securities Inc. and the broker-dealer clients.

Responsibilities:

* Review and approve wires, ACHs, and check requests
* Review and approve Letters of Authorization
* Provide training and support to correspondent clients
* Answer and direct calls and act as an information resource
* Act as a liaison and problem-solver to both internal and external contacts
* Assist with process improvements and document internal processes & procedures
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Other duties and projects as assigned

Experience and Skills

* BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
* Series 7 and other FINRA license preferred
* 2-5 years of brokerage experience preferred
* Extremely strong organizational, time management and project management skills
* Strategic thinker with creative and effective problem solving skills
* Solid verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with MS Office software
* Able to build Excel spreadsheets and analyze data is essential
* Able to prioritize, multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
