Candidate will be responsible for supporting Advanced Development Program's (ADP), Combat Air Modernization Sustainment Team to define and capture new F-16/F-35 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) business.

Candidate will ensure that accurate, affordable logistics solutions are developed for each new business opportunity.

Candidate will develop comprehensive responses to Request for Information/Proposals to position LM ahead of the competition.

Candidate must have working knowledge of all supportability and life-cycle operating issues related to reduced total ownership cost, reliability, maintainability, maintenance philosophy, spares provisioning, support equipment requirements; logistics footprint reduction, and supply chain management.

Successful candidate must have strong inter-personal skills capable of working in a fast paced IPT environment with minimal supervision. Candidate will coordinate with F-16/F-35 Program Offices, Customers, Internal Management, Business Development, and Integrated Product Teams to produce desired end products within directed schedule and funding constraints. Candidate is required to create and deliver informative, persuasive presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. International travel will be required and previous experience in working with international customers is highly desirable. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Selected applicant must have a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor or above degree

Experience with fighter aircraft sustainment and logistics

Experience working with customers to understand requirements and develop affordable solutions.

Experience with competitive proposal development and strategy
