Responsibilities Support Specialist, Information TechnologyREPORTS TODonna RichPOSITION SUMMARYTwo key areas of responsibility for this position: 1) Provide centralized management and administration for company application and screening process 2) Support significant enterprise change efforts including implementation of new programs and services across the operations group. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in managing day to day coordination with Application and Screening Vendor(s), including escalations to upper management in IT and Operations.Monitor and respond to e-mail inquiries from site teams. Including, but not limited to, transfer requisitions, corporate applications, screening questions, and system access requestsInitial coordination with the Operations team and the screening vendor as it relates to prospect screening, lease document management, and prospect relationsManage lease agreement and other document changes with the Legal DepartmentAssist the onsite associates with any compliance concernsJoin teams working on various critical enterprise change effortsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree RequiredMinimum 2-3 years' work experience in a professional environmentResidential property management experience a plusAbility to be a team player as well as an individual contributorFast learner, ability to synthesize new processes, and able to adapt to changeStrong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to function in a fast-paced environment
