This position is under Home Loans Underwriting and Fulfillment - Specialty Lending
Job Description:
The Support Services Specialist II supports a team of Home Services Specialists I, II, & III by performing activities including but not limited to ordering third party requests, etc.
Support Services Specialist II works directly with the Sales Team and Underwriter on purchase pre-approval loans before the client has selected a property. They will have a pipeline of 300-400 loan applications.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Must have experience working in a goal driven production environment
Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Desired Skills:
Experience with ordering third party services, DM Portal and iFulfill is preferred.
