Title: Support Engineer IV
Perform systems administration to support the network that provides the foundation for Amazon's Cloud services. Support services that focus on networking technologies including Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing, and VPC. Configure and support IPSEC- and SSL-based VPN solutions and IPSEC-capable devices. Manage full stack applications. Field questions from customers and act as the Voice of the Customer for development of features and resolution of recurring issues. Troubleshoot and reproduce complex performance issues from customers with fleets of thousands of EC2 instances. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs. Drive customer communication during critical events.
