Job Description

We don't expect you to know everything, so we'll capitalize on your strengths and train you over time where there's opportunity for growth. You will need a history of providing great customer service, along with a background in technical support, with preference given to the following skills, in the following order:

* Strong communication abilities in English - written and spoken
* NetDimensions Talent Suite administration experience (or a similar LMS/talent management system)
* SQL
* HTML/CSS
* XML
* Javascript
* Java

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and knowledgeable technical professional to help our clients solve problems while delighting them along the way with a world-class service experience. This role is part of a global team, so you will interact with teammates in various parts of North America, Asia, and Europe, along with a group of engineers in Hong Kong.

This job is not about meeting SLAs; it's about earning the deep respect of our customers, in easy times and hard ones.

This position reports to the Support Manager - Learning, based in Nashville, TN, USA. You will have additional support from senior team members in the Manila area. Your hours will most likely be normal daytime hours (8 am to 5 pm) or, if needed to support our business at any point, the shift may change to 1 pm to 10 pm.

If you can learn quickly in novel circumstances, solve unique technical issues through a systematic analysis of presented challenges, find and sustain motivation from within yourself to pursue excellence relentlessly every day, and keep a cool head when things get tough, this could be the role for you.
