We welcome you to join Philips as a Project Manager with our Ultrasound business unit in Bothell, WA.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

The Product Development PM manages the development and implementation process involving departmental or cross-function teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Plans and directs schedules, monitoring budget/spending. This person provides Supply Chain leadership and support to the project from initiation through delivery. They will organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. Will also be the voice of Supply Chain to the business.

Your Team

* This position works in Philips Healthcare, Ultrasound Division, in the Bothell with Product Industrialization /Global Footprint team.
* The key stakeholders are the cross-departmental project Core Team members, the Supply Chain Directors, Head of Operations, and the Ultrasound Executive Management Team.

You are responsible for

* Represents Product Industrialization on the cross functional Core Teams in execution of the PDLM, Lifecycle, Global Footprint projects and processes
* Leads the cross functional teams in successful implementation of new or revised products into the Global production footprint
* Manages all aspects of Scope, Cost, Schedule, Risk plans, and release Globally

You are a part of

* This position offers great visibility to business stakeholders. You are a business leader and the voice of Supply Chain to the business for NPI's.
* From this position, growth opportunities are available for higher level Project Management and Functional Management.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

* BS/BA degree in Management, Operations, Engineering or closely related field and PMP preferred.
* Thorough knowledge of manufacturing production processes. Understanding of how new products impact the product in the areas of cost, performance, quality and throughput.
* Demonstrated strong leadership skills in areas of coaching, communication, facilitation, team leadership and business management.
* Demonstrated success in working complex issues with cross-function team members to effective resolution.
* Working knowledge of key business tools such as: Project Scheduler, PDM, SAP, Power Point, Visio, Word and Excel.
* Demonstrated effective skills, abilities and attributes in the following areas: (1) to achieve excellent results, (2) process improvement, (3) inspire commitment, (4) promote and achieve top performance, (5) development of self and others.
* Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skill.
* 5 years of demonstrating increased responsibility in an electronic manufacturing environment a must
