As a Project Manager, you are the key leader and change agent responsible for acting as a business partner to key business leaders in identifying, aligning and prioritizing large cross-functional programs and/or change initiatives across the Supply Chain. You will deliver tangible business results through deploying project management and business consulting techniques in projects involving Manufacturing, Packaging, Distribution, Quality, Procurement, and R&D.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Partners with leaders to maximize results and in successfully delivering solutions/services across the Supply Chain
* Leads cross-functional program and/or project delivery through use of project management tools and techniques
* Helps build and track business cases for major cross-functional projects
* Leads and facilitates collaboration amongst teams (both internal and external)
* Leads analysis of Risks and Mitigation planning for cross-functional projects
* Works with external consultants to scope work and achieve results
* Works with internal teams to develop project plans, budgets, timelines, interdependencies and execution plans
* Meets with business owners to understand and deliver on large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
* Works to help define and better develop the Supply Chain Project Management System
* Works with project teams to develop dashboards, trackers, and operational reports to report project KPIs, budget, and milestones
* Travels to Supply Chain sites across the US to lead projects in production of tablets, capsules, soft-gels, liquids, and gummies
* Completes all projects on time, on budget, and within scope of stated results

Job Requirements

* 5+ years experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, or Internal Consulting
* Experience in Supply Chain within Food, Pharma, Cosmetic, CPG, Nutraceuticals or Management Consulting required
* Bachelor's Degree required
* MBA or other higher degree preferred
* Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
* LEAN or Six Sigma experience or certification a plus
* TPM experience or certification a plus
* Strong Project Management skills including Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing Projects required
* Strong Communication, both verbally and written
* Strong facilitation and coaching experience
* Cross-functional team leadership
* Solid application of PMBOK or other Project Management framework
* Solid data analysis skills
* Effective Vendor management
* Strong MS Office Suite Skills -- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project
