Job Summary

SAP SuccessFactors Integration Architect expert who has done 3+ full life cycle implementation. The candidate has proven knowledge and experience with SAP and SuccessFactors integration approaches and tools. The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Define and manage the deliverables of integration / development team to meet engagement

objectives.

* Be a hands-on integration expert and prepare / review project deliverables
* Estimate total effort for the application team within the area of expertise
* Lead integration design workshops with the client, oversee build, test, and deployment of

integrations

* Provide impact assessment with Quarterly Releases
* Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors COE
* Provide technical knowledge in SuccessFactors, SAP, and middleware with the ability to drive

development, data preparation, and system readiness

* Leverage various tools/methodologies for critical phases such as Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, Data Migration, Cutover etc.

Skills and Experience

Must Have:

* 5+ years of SAP experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Integration Architect with cross-module experience including understanding of integration points across SuccessFactors modules, Integration Centre, SAP On-Premise (HCM), and Middleware (PI, PO, HCI, Dell Boomi, BiB etc)
* 3 - 5 SAP SuccessFactors projects implementation experience
* Experience in integration between SuccessFactors, and SAP HCM on premise, and other 3rd party systems i.e., time and attendance, benefits providers
* Good knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite, integration points, and best practices
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work.
* Experience and knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology for SuccessFactors

Preferred:

* Knowledge and experience with Employee Central and Compensation Management will be

preferred

* Experience in airline industry
* SuccessFactors Certifications

Education and or Training

* Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an information technology focus (preferred).
* Masters, MBA or advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science highly preferred
