We are seeking to add to a Strategic Program Development Manager within AWS Business Technology & Solutions (BTS) to analyze key sales operations programs and make recommendations to enhance and develop each program. The individual will partner with different operations teams to understand the business problems being solved by each program, gather data points to support findings, and write narratives to propose solutions to key stakeholders and senior management. A successful candidate is able to communicate complex problems and create simple solutions that will allow programs to scale with AWS' growth. The individual understands different aspect of sales operations from assigning accounts, to sales territory management, and commission programs.

Key Responsibilities of this position includes:

* Create narratives to document current state, present a comprehensive analysis of options, and propose solutions
* Work across different functional teams to implement program enhancements
* Define program metrics to measure program performance
* Lead regular reviews of programs drive regular improvements
