Job OverviewResponsibilities include:Leading the creation and implementation of the engagement structure, work environment, and communication strategy to facilitate effective design exchanges between Qualcomm and our partners. Playing a strong, strategic advisor role in engineering operations to both determine communications and engagement strategies, and independently develop content and approaches. Determine appropriate productivity tools or applications for different modes of collaboration for our partners, Legal, IT and Engineering.Structure agreements, statements of work, and delivery plans. Measure delivery quality and drive resolution of quality issues. Deliver timely, accurate, and professional operational support to partners and vendors within a specified SOW. Drive results in a cross-functional environment.
