Mattel is looking for a Staff Systems Analyst, Oracle to join the GIT Corporate Applications group, that supports Finance, Legal and Human Resources functions. Oracle eBusiness Suite is one of the main global systems that are supported by this group and we are in need of Oracle functional and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

* Combines Business knowledge and an understanding of the inner-workings and configuration options of Oracle eBS Financials modules (i.e. GL, AR, AP, iExpense, FA, PA, CE and E-Business Tax, version 12.1.3).
* Requires 7+ years of Oracle eBS Financials experience as a lead production support or project resource with emphasis on functional analytics and in-depth configuration experience, with 8 -10+ years overall related experience.
* Will bring expertise, knowledge and experience to the Corporate Applications team as a senior system expert with leadership and drive, interfacing with IT peers and business users.
* Will work with internal customers and external consultants, the individual will support project and operational tasks, as they relate to the Oracle eBS system.
* Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions to enable organizations to achieve their goals.
