Role Summary:Want to make a difference in the healthcare domain and ship groundbreaking technology of large-scale systems with deep learning and artificial intelligence? You must demonstrate clear strategic thinking, a strong capability to work cross-functionally across organizations, and an aptitude for driving Data Science product integration lifecycles.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to partner with Edison Platform Engineers & Data Scientists to deliver high quality AI products.

Essential Responsibilities:

Proven track record of successful problem definition, decomposition, estimation.

Works to ensure QMS compliance, DHF readiness & regulatory paperwork to enable Edison AI programs towards commercialization

Shows expert knowledge of Development Operations, Continuous Integration and its impact on releasing quality products.

Provides expert oversight, training & mentoring for team members

Navigates through ambiguity, prioritizes conflicting asks and shows ability to adapt to changing project situations.

Demonstrates expert level skills in collaborating with different stakeholders, Influences decisions and an ability to take strategic view.

Ensuring that the quality targets are satisfied and retires technical risks as they arise on the program

Leading the design team and design control process from requirements development and design planning to design transfer

Leading the design team in the development of verification and validation planning and execution

Developing requirements flow down, architecture/system design and analysis, risk analysis, integration and test, manufacturing, field and customer support including corrective and preventative actions to ensure customer satisfaction

Driving the architecture, vision and design requirements for the product all the time balancing implementation complexity, risks, manufacturability, serviceability and quality

Leverages knowledge in advanced aspects of technical/functional areas and applies technical theory and practical experience with input from relevant functional areas to solve complex problems

Works independently and possesses a level of functional expertise necessary to influence and execute technical and project delivery execution

Foresee risks and create risk management solutions as appropriate

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

A minimum of 8 to 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions

Knowledge and interest in Machine learning and deep learning technologies

Experience in working across modalities & handling LSD responsibilities with Software focus

Desired Characteristics:

Seen as a technical leader & QMS expert.

Requires deep understanding of software architecture and development, scalability, availability & performance considerations and its impact on release engineering

Leads discussions about Release Engineering across one or product families.

Provides expertise in implementing Agile Methodology for Release Operations and integrating it with the overall SDLC.

Expert level skills in building value proposition with total customer focus.

Follow in-house quality management best practices to ship AI products

Document best practices, guides, systems design, reference architectures and implementations
