Job Description

Role Summary:This position will work on multiple projects as a project leader that owns scalable architecture of a critical GEHC platform and its integrations with other enterprise platforms to enable a seamless customer and internal operational experience. Works on projects for components of the domain.

Essential Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of project and data delivery platforms that are delivery oriented with scalable architecture that can be built upon to support evolving business use cases

Actively engage in platform deployments to keep abreast of use cases to provide creative solutions with focus on customer success.

Partner with platform technology team to understand new solutions being released and champion effective adoption to support business goals

Effectively monitor and control costs in the organization

Participates in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architectural direction.

Assists in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.

Gathers and analyzes data and develops architectural requirements at project level.

Participates in the EA (Enterprise Architecture) governance model.

Supports the software development required for platform integration with scalability & vitality in mind.

Owns architecture, data models and data integrity of the platform

Evaluates upcoming business needs, researches emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities to deliver value for customer and ROI to the business

Coaches and mentors team members.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering

A minimum of 8 years of professional experience

Eligibility Requirements

Desired Characteristics: Experience with integrating complex enterprise systems, middleware and platforms

Ability to lay out a vision, gain buy in and dive deep as needed to drive execution

Change Management skills and knowledge of Quality management systems, Regulatory requirements

Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources

Experience working with others on a global basis. Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others

Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong relationships, understands operational impact and partners with program/product teams to help shape their future initiatives

Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans

Change oriented - actively evaluates technology choices, champions and drives value add changes, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
