Manage the design, execution, and measurement of major data initiatives across all customer-facing channels. Discover and apply predictive insights from massive data sets of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Develop data and analysis solutions based on descriptive analyses and predictive models. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product development, and engineering teams to ensure that requirements for integration, security, data quality and cross functional usage are addressed. Apply advanced knowledge of complex quantitative analysis to develop predictive models that indicate customers' propensity toward certain behaviors and interests.
Role and Responsibilities
Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related scientific analytical or mathematical related field, and three years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Data Scientist. Experience must include developing predictive models while manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume and high-dimensionality data. Experience must also include gathering, compiling, modeling, validating, and analyzing complex and high-volume data using the Hadoop Big Data platform, Python, Machine Learning, and Data Mining.
10% domestic and international travel required.
