* The 2CHR Program has an opportunity to Support Senior Level Leaders as a level 2 Staff Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business execution support and utilizing the tools, processes, business review cadence and internal engagements required to successfully execute the business.
Primary Job Duties:
* Work closely with the organization leaders and Business Operations team to maintain communication and alignment on objectives/deliverables * Help manage and run key meetings for the Program including weekly Program Status Reviews, Program Deep Dives, and Integrated PMO Meetings * Develop Executive Level presentations to provide visibility to program status * Assist in coordination of Senior Level Program events such as User Acceptance Testing, Workshops, and Product Iteration events * Help coordinate onboarding activities for new employees * Maintain Program SharePoint, DL's, Portal, and Mailbox * Help run 2CHR LT Meetings as a back-up including SAM and Weekly Planning * Special Projects and ad hoc tasks will be assigned as needed
Education / Experience:
* Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel for executive support and synthesizing data/information * Experience providing support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff members * Experience preparing, submitting, and presenting reports for leadership * Experience authoring metrics, status, and performance reports * Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred * Experience in Business Operations, PMO or HR * Experience working with Senior and/or Executive Leadership * Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
