Summary:

The Senior Training Analyst develop training plans, presentations, and other materials needed for formal training, classes and "how to" documents for various audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Perform Training Management, Development, and Delivery.
* Develop training plans, presentations and other materials needed to support both classroom and other training.
* Develop training newsletters and other "how to" training documents for a wide range of user proficiency levels.
* Provide administrative support
* Perform Maintenance Contract Management
* Ensure all hardware and software of the data center is maintained.
* Ensure Period of Performance (PoP) does not lapse and brings concerns to Gov't POC.
* Utilize Microsoft Office applications, Lotus Notes and other Army approved software applications.
* Assist as a property control alternate.
* Assists the Property manager with logistic duties and monthly equipment turn-in processing.
* Assist with coordinating/tracking incoming and outgoing equipment in MS SharePoint.
* Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

* High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
* 8 years of Training Management, Development and Delivery experience required.
* Education or related training may be used in lieu of experience.
* 8 years' experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook etc.) as well as Project, Adobe Acrobat and other Army approved software applications.
* Experience in developing training plans, presentations and other materials needed to support both classroom and other training activities.
* Hands on experience in developing training newsletters and other "how to" training documents for a wide range of user proficiency levels.
* Possess and maintain a valid state operator's license.
* Secret clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Strong communications skills (both written and oral), strong customer service and excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and understand what is being described by the end user as well as the ability to explain problem resolutions when necessary.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook etc.) as well as Project, Adobe Acrobat and other Army approved software applications.
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.
* Ability to occasionally work after hours and/or on-call support.

* The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
* During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
