Job Description

Regular Responsibilities Include:

* Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
* Proactively identify, diagnose, analyze and troubleshoot issues
* Improve and streamline internal processes to make our work operationally efficient
* Responsible for helping to define best practices and improving methods to benefit end users
* Joining customer calls, performing configuration and resolution of end-user issues
* Experience in writing/troubleshooting SalesForce Apex Triggers and Apex Classes preferred
* Evaluate active tickets, prioritize strategic projects, workload and monitoring queue health
* Troubleshooting software configuration, deployment / production issues
* Document troubleshooting and create a knowledge repository for a more self-service deployment environment
* Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
* Experience developing custom applications and components
* Take ownership of technical issues, and working with our Development, Product, and QA groups to resolve more advanced issues when necessary;

Required Skills and Experience:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Advanced knowledge and experience using the following tools and technologies desired: Python scripting, SQL Server, MySQL, IIS, Apache/Tomcat, Splunk, Salesforce.com, SQL, Eloqua, Marketo, SFTP, HDFS, AWS tools, and Atlassian Tools.
* Strong knowledge and proven experience in writing SQL queries
* Collaborative but able to work autonomously with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
* You thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt to change, and multi-task effectively
* Previous experience and interest in expanding your software development skills / Salesforce certified, a plus

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or any related field.
