Can you lead large cross-team programs that deliver cutting edge software and services? The Prime Video Discovery team, is part of Prime Video that designs the world's most innovative streaming entertainment product.

As Senior Technical Program Manager you will lead programs to create, deploy and maintain customer obsessed streaming video products at scale. You will create software that aggregates and drives engagement of Movies, TV, Channels and Live Sports across all devices in 240 countries. Great customer experience begins from the day our products are born. driving the projects and programs that power the core back-end services and tools that power the storefront experience for Prime Video. Your software must be unobtrusive, efficient, and scalable. You will utilize one of the worlds most dependable, easy-to-use and most performant software platforms to innovate.

Our systems run 24/7, in the harshest environments, and serve billions of customers each day who demand the best recommendations and content in a fiercely competitive market. You will lead high visibility and high impact programs collaborating with teams across Amazon. You will pitch and deliver innovative software and experiment with new ideas on a daily basis.

This role requires working with product managers to define strategy, requirements and timelines as well as lead cross functional development teams through design, delivery, management and support. This position involves regular communication with senior management on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control. Technical design skills, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. You will provide project leadership, mitigate project risks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
