AWS Fleet Health is looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented leader who can influence teams to deliver results and create impact for EC2, S3, Dynamo, EBS, and other AWS services. This is a challenging and highly visible position responsible for developing programs supporting industry leading services, collaborating with engineering leadership to develop internal service products to improve customer experience and drive efficiency and quality in the world's largest distributed computing environment.

Technical Program Managers in Fleet Health are force multipliers who represent service teams to senior leadership and enable their teams to deliver business value through engineering excellence. As a TPM in Fleet Health, you will be responsible for identifying the stakeholders, working with leadership to develop a vision, roadmaps and execution strategies for business programs that are supported by service teams. TPMs handle complex inter-team dependencies, program coordination, and bridge the gaps in technical management.

You will need to work with professionals in many different domains including finance, engineering, engineering management, and dev support. Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, are detail-oriented, have excellent problem solving and communication abilities, and poses a deep understanding of product design and implementation details. Candidate's communication skills, technical expertise and operational excellence will raise the bar and influence the team's decisions and drive secure and robust solutions which have great customer experience.
