We are seeking a strong, experienced technical program manager who will lead the development and launch of a new global system that will serve finance needs worldwide. Their leadership will deliver a new system and set of services that will be at the core of making it easier for customers and vendors to do business with Amazon Retail, AWS, Amazon Business, etc. A strong candidate will have experience with leading and developing a new initiative from scratch through implementation. They will be a clear thinker, thrive in working across teams, and be an expert in dealing with ambiguity. A strong candidate will be one who is able to independently drive a significant program from start to finish. They will assemble the right teams and scope, anticipate bottlenecks, escalate when necessary, make trade off decisions, and ultimately deliver a program that makes it easier to do business with Amazon. They will be passionate about delivering extensible solutions, obsessive over building a high-performing team, disciplined in linking the bottom-line impact to their work, and relentless and innovative in solving problems.
