The Automated Brand Protections team designs and builds high performance software systems using machine learning that identify and prevent abuse on behalf of brand owners worldwide.
In this role, the Technical Project Manager (you!) will work closely with stakeholders, software engineers, and product teams across Amazon to deeply understand the seller experience and drive improvement across the entire seller pipeline. You will be responsible for diving deep into seller experience metrics, understanding seller pain points and holding teams across the company to the highest standards.
We're looking for a proven candidate who can help lead this experience to the next level: shaping the road-map, defining the platform that allows many teams to innovate quickly, and integrating these efforts into a coherent product. Our ideal candidate has great insight into our customers (and the analytic skills to develop these insights), the vision and creativity to find innovative ways to act on these insights, the technical chops to translate those ideas into innovative design, and interpersonal and project management skills to harness the passion and energy of teams across the company to drive the designs into the world as products that will delight our customers.
