Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems (ASCS) is looking for a customer-focused Sr. Technical Program Manager to help us make the world's best product catalog even better.
In this role, you will be a technical leader with worldwide impact. You will focus on increasing catalog selection, improving customer discovery, and efficiently connecting the end-to-end engineering systems to launch personalized, configurable, and custom products that may be manufactured-on-demand. You will work across diverse and global supplier, business, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams. You will work on some of Amazon's hardest problems, building high quality, architecturally scalable systems that are aligned with our business needs. You will define roadmaps, launch plans, scenarios, use cases and requirements across teams and organizations. You will design customer and seller experiences, software service interfaces, and extensible data models. You will collect, analyze, and use data analytics and diagnostic tools to improve efficiency. You will regularly communicate with senior management (up to the Amazon S-Team) and other stakeholders on program scope, schedule, milestones, progress, dependencies and risks. You will regularly acquire executive sponsorship for cross team initiatives and dependencies. You will mentor other TPMs/PMs to succeed at executing on project delivery.

* You will manage business and technical requirements, design, performance expectations and goals with all stakeholder teams.
* You will partner with management to define strategy and build roadmaps for the programs you own.
* You will be responsible for the overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you lead.
* You will internalize Amazon's Leadership Principles and incorporate them into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.
