Required skills/experience: Experience with multiple OS's (Linux, Windows, OSX); experience with hypervisors (HyperV, ESX, VirtualBox); experience with Windows Management (Active Directory), familiarity with WAN/LAN deployments; experience with backup solutions (Micrsoft DPM); knowledge of SQL to include design, capacity planning, provisioning, etc.Desired skills/experience: Knowledge of creating customer baseline workstations and systems, experience evaluating hardware and software, knowledge of the Mission Center customer, familiarity with shell scrptingDesired certifications: VMWare, MCSE

Candidate will be responsible for engineering, implementing, and maintaining a fault tolerant, highly redundant mission network. Candidate will provide technical oversight of a project solution, including requirement interpretation and allocation of requirements to technical components. Responsible for ensuring that technical solutions leverage industry best practices, designing for security and excellence while minimizing the total cost of ownership. Candidate should be able to provide solutions options that include capacity planning, systems configuration, tuning, monitoring, backups, hardware and software installations. Experience with multiple OS's (Windows, Linux, and OSX); experience with multiple hypervisors (HyperV, ESX, and VirtualBox); knowledge of Cisco OS (iOS, NexusOS); experience with Windows Management; familiarity with LAN/WAN deployments; experience with Enterprise Backup Solutions.Required Skills:* Knowledge and experience with Mission Center customer* Knowledge of Storage Area Networks (SAN), including design, provisioning, capacity, planning and maintenance* Experience building, configuring and troubleshooting customized forensic workstations* Experience in the design, engineering, testing and implementation of migrating Hyper-V virtual machines from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012 R2 cluster Hyper-V environment* Hands on experience with SQL Server 2008-2016 database software, installation, configuration and troubleshooting* Knowledge of network design (LAN/WAN), including backup systems and disaster recovery architecture (DR)* Hands on experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc)* Experience evaluating hardware and software products for technical evaluation and potential procurement* Hands on experience designing, engineering, implementing and maintaining COTS/GOTS applications* Familiarity with Network Monitoring ApplicancesDesired Skills:* Familiarity with shell scripting* Familiarity with Oracle 10g/11g, and mySQL a plus* MS Windows 7, 8, 10, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016 and System Center experience a plus* VMWare certified and MS Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)* VMWare and ESX a plus* Knowledge/experience with various forensic tools* Experience with HP Servers and HP Blade Chassis a plus*Familiar with planning, designing, implementation and maintenance of infrastructure including Cisco routers, Cisco switches, wireless networking, VPS's, Firewalls and network security* Provide recommendations to architecture and design reviews
