The Operations Performance Analyst will help collect infrastructure utilization, inventory and KPIs across the Technology organization. The analyst with help structure, normalize and store datasets to be used for O&I dashboards. Understanding data issues is crucial and proficiency in ETL tools is beneficial. Additional responsibility includes managing complex software development programs and projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate and lead the activities of multiple cross-functional scrum teams to complete projects in support of business strategy and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

* 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* 7-10 years of work experience and a Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD.

General Data and Business Analysis

* Live and breathe data analysis and understand common problems with datasets
* Adept in advanced visualization, story-telling with metrics
* Familiarity with development methodologies, SDLC (Scrum, Agile, etc…)
* Demonstrates expertise in Scrum/Agile best practice and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
* Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Program or Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
* Must have technical background to understand the key infrastructure products
* Must have strong quantitative skills & experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights from it
* Ability to conduct research and independently ask questions from engineers, financial analysts and business analysts to come up with business requirements for software projects
* Strong communication skills including written, oral, and presentation abilities
* Demonstrated project management skills, including ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects
* Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills
* Must be comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly and easily
* Must have a high attention to detail and accuracy in all work products

Software and Tools

* Extremely comfortable with Excel, MS Access and Analytics tools such as Tableau
* Experience in using and administering Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience with SQL Server and the ability to write out their own SQL statements to pull data from multiple sources preferred
* Ability to troubleshoot MS SQL Server database connection and performance issues
* Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow

Essential Functions:

* Manage software projects for sunsetting existing reporting systems
* Be the project manager for reporting automation project involving multiple stakeholders throughout the organization
* Build automated reports in SQL, Tableau, and ServiceNow

Work Hours:

* Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.

Travel Requirements:

* This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

* This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
