Job Description

Sr. Specialist Senior Relationship Manager

Liaises between Technology and multiple business units to support their complex technology needs. Leads and provides direction and guidance for a wide array of activities supporting the Data Governance contracting processes and procedures. Leads, develops and manages multiple client relationships within the business unit to ensure client satisfaction and the development of efficient business systems. Represents user area to Data Governance departments in complex system enhancements and design activities to ensure changes take into account business needs. Negotiates, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts for acquisition of equipment, materials, products, or services. Evaluates and monitors processes and tools for different types of contracts, risk assessment, dispute and issue resolution through continual review of existing policies and procedures.Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.

Qualifications

Preferred Technical Experience

* 4+ years of database experience as a data analyst, developer, or administrator.
* 5+ years of SQL experience
* 3+ years of experience with Agile software development processes
* 4+ years of software development experience. Java, Python, or C/C++ preferred, other languages accepted

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is beneficial, 8-10 years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
