Sr. Specialist - Complaints Management

What Customer Advocacy - Clinical contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Advocacy - Clinical is responsible for managing customer complaints related to our products and services and maintaining regulatory compliance with regards to product complaints for all products manufactured or distributed by Cardinal Health.

* Demonstrates product knowledge supported by clinical experience using the products or competitive products.
* Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
* Follows written regulatory procedures to determine the significance of each received complaint and accurately documents customer feedback.
* Interacts and successfully works with the customer to define and resolve issues.

Accountabilities

* Adaptable: Employee must be adaptable to ever changing priorities.
* Initiative: Employee must take initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
* Ability to meet pre-set time frames for managing work according to procedure requirements.
* Must be able to provide clear and concise written responses to end user customers as well as internal customers.
* Good documentation is a must for this Quality role in order to maintain compliance with regulations both for the US and outside the US
* Ability to work as a team player to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner. Willingness to jump in and help even if the task is not assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2-5 years' complaint management experience
* Excellent communication skills - verbal & written

* Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
* Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve
* Applies judgment within defined parameters
* Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects
* Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy
