NetApp Iceland is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Bellevue, WA team and help accelerate the leadership of NetApp in Hybrid Cloud globally.

As an experienced developer, you will design and implementation of our current and future products. You are comfortable working on existing or new code, and able to quickly understand code architecture.

Job Requirements

This is active software development and you will be primarily responsible for programing and development of microservices and APIs for data fabric middleware.

You'll also have extensive experience with:

* Go (or C-like programming languages)
* Container based technologies, either Docker or Kubernetes
* Cloud service APIs (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP)
* Linux or other Unix-like Operating Systems
* REST API design and implementation
* CI build systems or automated testing

Education

Qualifications and Experience:

* B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* 8 + years of experience
* Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills, and a sense of ownership and drive
* Broad experience a plus
