The charter of our team is to define and deliver the next generation of tooling and experiences that will provide a uniquely differentiated story for the Business App ISV community, making us the number one choice for ISVs building Business Apps.

Our goal is to enable these Business App ISVs with seamless experiences, so they can spend their energy and intellectual horsepower providing value and creating growth across every industry. Bottom line is, their success will be our success.

We operate like a startup and are looking for highly motivated, self-driven developers with strong collaboration skills, who will help design and implement the next generation of ISV experiences. As a developer on the team, you will actively participate in customer engagements and deeply understand the competitive landscape. We are looking for developers who have a deep sense of pride and personal accountability for end-to-end quality, product completeness, and have a strong desire to create intuitive and impactful experiences that will be validated using a data driven approach.

Required Qualifications

* Masters in computer science or equivalent experience
* 4+ years of experience in software development
* Experience with PAAS environments such as MS Azure
* Progamming scalable services in C#, Java or Node
* Experience with data base design (SQL or equivalent)

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience developing large scale online services / applications that are secure and have robust performance and reliability

2+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies and unit testing practices

Passion for improving engineering practices and producing high quality software

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. The ISV Studio team is building a web application/platform that will help our ISVs better understand their customer base. The day to day responsibilities include:

* Design and develop scalable web services running on Azure.
* Refactor and redesign older services to adopt modern micro service archtecture and deployment.
* Work with multiple partners to connect disparate systems, with opportunity to impact systems across may services in Microsoft.
* Share your knowledgbe and mentor junior members of the team.
