Description:Are you a highly skilled embedded software engineer seeking to work in an innovative engineering and technology environment? Our MFC (Missiles and Fire Control) Engineering & Technology (E&T) Team in Dallas, TX is seeking a creative software engineer with a strong background and experience developing real-time embedded tactical software using the Ada programming language.

The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing software changes, assigning tasks within the team, mentoring team members on technical approaches, as well as interacting with other engineering disciplines and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience developing tactical software for a real-time embedded target
* Experience with the Ada programming language
* Active Secret clearance is required for this role
* Experience as a Software Technical Lead
* The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

* Experience developing software using the C++ programming language
* Experience with the Rhapsody software modeling tool suite
