Job Description

Role Summary:The Sr Software Engineer will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to develop optimization solutions. The position requires innovative, creative and resourceful individuals to collaborate on the conception, design, implementation and maintenance of optimization algorithms.

Essential Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record of success in delivering new features and products. A commitment to team work and strong communication skills are absolute requirements. Creating reliable, scalable, and high-performance products requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems. This person has thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality technology products and services in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience

Eligibility Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.

Desired Characteristics:

5+ years of object-oriented programming experience in C++; in Linux and/or Windows environment

5+ years utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio and software engineering profiling and memory management tools

5+ experience in multi-process, multi-threaded optimization implementations

Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, run-time analysis, object-oriented design and code quality verification
