This is a dynamic team on a 2-3 year mission to build the next-generation platform for Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting. This is an Azure-centered SaaS solution using Angular 6 and a variety of modern tools.

For our Senior Software Engineers, the responsibilities are to:

* Design, build, test and deliver high quality, complex frameworks and systems and diagnose and resolve complex issues
* Design and deliver multi-tier SaaS products with web-based, plugin-based, mobile-based clients on the Microsoft C#/.NET/SQL Server technology stack
* Design and build robust SOAP and REST-based Web Services with versioning
* Generate innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues. Develop proof of concepts for these technologies
* Provide software architecture skills to new enhancement projects
* Coach, support and mentor less-experienced staff in their career development.
* Influence peers and technical staff within the team and collaborate with internal customers and work teams across departments
* Understand the use of technology and how its implementation affects strategic business goals
* Be responsible for resource and project estimates and ensures that implementation follows designs and directs modifications of designs

Your qualifications should include a(n):

* Minimum of five years of paid programming experience with ASP.NET/C#/SQL, Angular 5/6, with three years as a Senior Software Engineer and/or Lead
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (CompSci or related major) OR equivalent work experience
* Successful track record of delivering high quality products on time while working in Agile teams and following Agile methodologies
* Expertise at designing, coding and implementing with 24/7 stability, performance, scalability and localization requirements in mind
* Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
* Possesses deep design and delivery experience of multi-tier SaaS products with web/plugin/mobile-based clients
* Experience with public cloud technologies. Azure is preferred (Google, AWS, etc)
* Experience implementing quality up front initiatives and continuous build and automated unit test frameworks
* Experience with coding patterns and software development of best practices
* Ability to strongly influence peers and technical staff within the team
