The Successful Delivery Experience team is looking for a passionate senior developer to design and build a new system that will radically change the way customers feel about Amazon. It will integrate with multiple frontend and backend Amazon systems, measure customer satisfaction, and provide new ways to improve it. Creating reliable, flexible, and high performance products requires exceptional technical expertise, a sound understanding of the fundamentals of Computer Science, and practical experience building large-scale distributed systems.

* Build highly extensible software systems to meet the rapid growth of Amazon's delivery business and capabilities.
* Evolve and build services that are highly reliable and extremely low latency.
* Lead other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
* Will work in an Agile/Kanban environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
