What's the role?

Security, Privacy, and Continuity (SPC) is a centralized organization that secures HERE products and services, ensures best-in-class security and privacy for customers and employees, and protects the organization against physical and virtual threats. SPC is a globally distributed team of security and privacy professionals and is growing to keep pace with HERE's expanding business and customer base.

The SPC Training and Awareness Manager will be responsible for developing/delivering strategies, methodologies, communications campaigns and training plans to develop and foster a culture of security, privacy, and continuity across the HERE enterprise, empowering users to take appropriate action as security and privacy risks arise.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct requirements assessments to identify and evaluate SPC training requirements.
* Develop a comprehensive security and privacy education and awareness program for contractors and customers
* Develop and maintain presentations, videos and security content in support of the communication strategy for security and privacy education and awareness.
* Develop training materials to include training handbooks, job aids, models, multimedia visual aids, computer and web-based tutorials, and standard operating procedures.
* Conduct or facilitate technology training programs.
* Develop regular targeted communications on various security and privacy related topics.
* Provide consulting in all aspects related to security and privacy training for SPC initiatives and projects.
* Consult and partner with HERE technical training and communications teams.
* Ensure effective training delivery including analysis, implementation, testing and documentation by evaluating effectiveness of training and awareness programs, utilizing appropriate data collection, and adjusting as necessary to maximize impact.
* Coordinate across SPC functions and teams to ensure that security and privacy education and awareness needs are satisfied.
* Research and study advancements in educational technologies and methods.
* Create a metrics framework that can effectively measure the impact of education and awareness on identified human risks.

Who are you?

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* 3 years of direct experience in technical training and communication required.
* 4 years of relevant work experience, 1 year specifically building Information Security and Privacy Education & Awareness programs required.
* Experience developing and implementing Technical Education and Awareness programs and strategies.
* Experience in one or more of the following fields: Cyber Security, Education Development, Privacy or other areas in Information Technology

Skills/Certifications

* Excellent communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
* Excellent creative and visual skills including graphic, web, print and slide design
* Strong problem-solving skills and experience
* Ability to anticipate and manage cultural resistance to changes in the environment
* Experience with leading projects, technical writing, administrative tasks, and conducting briefings
* Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to customer environment
* Flexibility and willingness to work with changing requirements
* Self-starter with interest in expanding security and privacy expertise in a quickly changing environment.
* Experience using Adobe Captivate, Techsmith Camtasia or similar tools
* Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
