Description

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Security Engineer to join the growing security organization at Danaher Corporation. If you are currently an Identity and Access Management Engineer/Architect, then this may be the role for you. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technical security initiatives across over 30 globally diverse science and technology operating companies. Whether it's protecting our digital properties, safeguarding our cloud applications, or driving continuous improvements to our security controls, the position plays a valuable role in delivering security from the ground-up to in our systems and applications. Reporting to the Director, Cyber Security Architecture, this technical role will lead the identification, deployment, and management of security controls throughout their life cycle.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver new and innovative global security solutions
* Drive the architecture and adoption of security controls across Microsoft technologies as part of a holistic security architecture
* Act as a subject matter expert with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems
* Drive continuous improvement efforts
* Partner with IT and business constituents to identify appropriate and practical risk mitigation approaches
* Work hands-on in evaluating, deploying, and maintaining technical security solutions

Job Requirements

Qualifications

* Deep understanding of Microsoft operating systems and cloud services, as well as the security features and mitigations thereof
* Active Directory Infrastructure Hardening
* O365 Security Configuration
* Azure AD and Conditional Access
* Transferrable experience with identity and risk-driven security control development, implementation, and operations
* Scripting abilities with PowerShell or similar
* 3+ years hands-on designing and deploying security solutions in a complex IT environment
* Experience evaluating and validating security vendor technologies
* Ability to be successful in a matrixed organization by leading through influence
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing business requirements
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team
* Detail and goal oriented
* Cloud security engineering a plus
* Data protection engineering a plus



Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* At least 3 years of security engineering experience
* 3+ years security engineering; Identity and Access Management
* Relevant security certifications (GSEC, SSCP, CASP, GCIH) are a plus
* Microsoft security certifications (GCWN or similar) are a plus
