Do you like to create and innovate? AWS Professional Services has a team built to develop and deploy new techniques to increase security assurance via automated reasoning, and we're hiring. We need people with passion and expertise in security, computer science, and implementing solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal AWS partners and customers to pioneer security solutions that combine formal methods with the best practices of cloud security.

Our customers come to AWS professional services with the toughest challenges, looking for help with mission critical business initiatives. You will have the tools, support and time to build solutions with and for our customers. You will have the freedom to be largely self-directed - to build security solutions that enable customers to move increasingly sensitive workloads to the cloud. You will also have the opportunity to help AWS service teams innovate on new features, patent new technologies and explore new challenges.

This is a customer facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead projects and teams to build & deploy security infrastructure and automate security operations for customers
* Partner with world-class experts in automated reasoning to develop, and deploy new offerings that leverage these formal security tools for improved security assurance.
* Become a deep technical resource that earns our customers trust
* Develop high-quality technical content such as automation tools, reference architectures, and white papers to help our consultants, partners, and customers build on the work you deliver.
* Innovate on behalf of customers; translate your thoughts into action yielding measureable results.
* Mentor & invest in the development of team members
