POSITION

Senior SAP Analyst

DUTIES

Responsible for determining modifications/design of SAP, through implementation, and testing, ensuring changes provide necessary functionality; deliver technical expertise for the SAP system; provide the analysis, design, and delivery of SAP-based solutions to high complexity problems for a business functional area; provide functional design, system configuration, and end user support within broad functional scope; analyze business requirements, and develop functional specifications ensuring to meet business, development, and integration requirements; design functional architecture based on process requirements, application and system landscape; oversee SAP application migration to production and performance tuning functions; determine and complete all maintenance, upgrade and implementation tasks related to the core SAP applications; develop, execute and document test scenarios and test data; perform required configurations of SAP solutions; drive deliverables in relevant SAP and cross functional projects; train end-users on new enhancements or functionality as required and maintain/update user manuals and documentation; design and develop customized reports utilizing technical resources and other tools within SAP; review business processes and corresponding mapping into IT architecture; map and validate performance indicators; and introduce applicable technology in alignment with VSP goals and for creative solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer

Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, plus 8 years of post-baccalaureate progressively responsible experience in each of the following skills: analyzing, designing, and Implementing SAP-based solutions to high complexity problems in SAP Warehouse management module; deliver EDI and ALE/ IDOC solutions for inbound and outbound interface processing for deliveries, goods receipts, stock placements and picking; designing the solutions to integrate SAP shipping processes with carrier service providers and experience in integrating SAP with third party labelling solutions; implementing SAP Mobile data entry using Radio frequency technologies and setting up transactions on the mobile for logistics execution areas like picking, packing, physical inventory counts and shipping; configuring solutions in warehouse management, materials management; applying knowledge of integration of modules belonging to various business areas such as, warehouse management with production planning, warehouse management with quality management, warehouse management with material management, or warehouse management with sales & distribution systems; and applying technical knowledge of various radio frequency devices to integrate and run SAP transactions on mobile devices in the areas of: SAP Warehouse management, SAP WM- quality management integration, and SAP WM-production planning integration.
