NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. Salesforce Cloud Consultant to join our team in Chicago, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

Responsibilities:

* Host business requirements meetings with the client
* Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders
* Author business use cases & user stories
* Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users
* Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations
* Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants
* Assist with User Acceptance testing

Required Skills:

* Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce.com functionality
* Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices
* Prior experience working on an agile project
* Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities or Custom cloud
* Prior experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
* Salesforce Certifications: App Builder & Admin required
* Salesforce Certifications: Adv Admin preferable
* 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
* 8+ years of overall consulting experience
