Whether it is Fulfillment Center team that delivers your Prime order in two days, our Amazon Locker team that lets you pick up your package anytime that is convenient for you, our Prime Now team getting you lunch in under an hour, or one of many more, the PeopleInsight group is there providing people metrics along the employee lifecycle for our global operations businesses. The PeopleInsight team is a collaborative group of Business Intelligence Engineers, Data Engineers, Software Development Engineers, Support Engineers, Data Scientists, Economists, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Program Managers that studies a workforce numbering in the hundreds of thousands. Our work is dedicated to empowering leaders and enabling action through data and science. In addition to standard reporting, we leverage analytics to help our leaders focus their efforts in ways that will engage, retain and grow their associates to propel the business forward.

We are now recruiting for an exceptional Project Managers!

You will lead cross-functional teams through the design, delivery, and implementation of new tools. You will also drive project deliverables, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications to project stakeholders, and coordinate project resources. Your specific responsibilities will include:

* Project Management - Maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables
* Implementation - Coordinate the rollout of new tools and systems including delivery of workflow diagrams, training materials and post-launch support resources
* Communication - Design communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates; provide pre- and post- launch communications to impacted teams
* Change Management - You will lead the change management effort for new country rollouts and enhancements to ensure that staffing processes and buy-in are in place to support the system post launch.
