The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of Fleet HR projects from inception to implementation, including budgeting, resource allocation and delivery. Projects are typically highly visible with senior management and require cross team oversight.

The Sr. Project Manager will play a vital role in advancing our mission in Fleet HR to deliver innovative business strategies and customer focused solutions that improve processes, systems and margins. This role will join a tight-knit team of Fleet HR professionals who are passionate about creating a positive, engaged work environment by developing new programs and challenging current practices. We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who specializes in establishing collaborative relationships across teams and inspire employee engagement through effective communication and relentless optimism.

Responsibilities:

* Independently own the design, development and execution of Fleet HR system and operational projects, ensuring their timely and effective delivery while applying strategic thinking to iterate and scale those projects to our global business needs.
* Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
* Defines project scope and objectives.
* Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports that convey all requirements necessary to achieve project objectives.
* Conducts regular project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Provides feedback to the project team and their managers and key stakeholders
* Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
* Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
* Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
* Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
* Mentors Business Analyst in the key areas of responsibility, reporting consistency, issue resolution, time management and resource allocation.

Requirements:

* BS or BA degree in information systems, computer science, business administration or related work experience.
* PMP Certification is required.
* Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and execution skills
* Advanced written and verbal communication
* Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style
* Dedicated to meeting and delivering on business objectives
* Bachelor's degree
* PMO Certification required
* 10+ years of focused project management experience using a structured methodology
* Proficient in MS Project Professional, Atlassian Suite: JIRA and Confluence
* Knowledge of and experience querying databases including Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and/or 2016
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Strong customer focus and understanding of Business Value Add - ability to define business problems, generate hypotheses about the causes of business problems, manage projects, develop solutions, manage stakeholders, and manage change.
* Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
* Organizational skills; able to prioritize work and meet deadlines; solid time management, planning and prioritization skills, with an ability to manage multiple task and priorities concurrently.
* Resilience, with the ability to adapt under changing business priorities.
* Experience with risk management; identifying issues and escalating as appropriate.
