What we are looking for:

Buffalo Studios is seeking an awesome Senior Project Manager to work in our world-class team. This role will contribute to the creation of an environment and culture which will help us develop the next generation of social games in our Santa Monica, CA offices.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with teams to deliver high quality games and products on time.
* Organizes staff and teams and ensures all milestones/goals are met.
* Leads the development processes surrounding these paths.
* Initiates, fosters, maintains and manages others by creating a positive working relationship.
* Identifies areas of improvement and develops efficient processes as needed.
* Drives cross organizational programs: Understand the technical requirements, provide structure, run project meetings, track milestones and issues, report project status to all stakeholders and escalate challenges to management as needed.

Requirements:

* BA or BS degree preferred
* Proven track record of success in project and program management role(s) in the software industry.
* Passionate about process development, process optimization and automation.
* Minimum of 5 years of Web based technology company experience, familiarity with software development lifecycles and infrastructure environments.
* Excellent communication skills with strong ability to build and foster relationships.
* Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, able to work well both independently and collaboratively.
