A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

* Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
* Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
* Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
* Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of work experience OR an Advanced Degree with 2+ years of work experience

Nice to Have

* Experience in Supply Chain and web based/website content management projects
* Knowledge and experience working with various regulations, global standards, and laws that govern the global distribution of documents via websites
* Experience managing projects that develop solutions and strategies to address tool, system, and process challenges
* Knowledge and experience working with various enterprise-level quality, configuration management, and publication processes that relate to a global document delivery system
* Experience with SAP and ERP systems
* Experience with design and development of information management technologies including web design, usability testing, software, and app development
* Experience developing processes for quality assurance. This may include creating user documentation, operating procedures, and training materials
* Experience overseeing and supporting global product launches
* Experience working with web content management systems, databases, data analytics, or API programming
* Proven ability to learn and master proprietary or enterprise-level software and databases
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and with a team
* Microsoft Project experience
* Knowledge and experience working in the medical device industry
* Knowledge and experience working with medical device labeling
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
* Experience working with localization processes
