Amazon Fulfillment Experience team is the heart of innovation and experimentation for Amazon Sellers that enables them to reach out to customers in the most remote places on earth. We deliver innovation and experiment ideas on a massive scale, using research, data, and intuition. We validate the ideas with A/B testing and once proven, we launch worldwide.

Your key responsibilities:

* Help define the strategic direction for your team and the features your team owns
* Partner with other engineering teams to ensure that your team's contributions have been successfully implemented in the production environment.
* Maintain and develop the platform standards, style guides, and patterns to ensure the consistency of the experience across all workflows.
* Actively mentor team members
* Actively participate in concept development and design ideation as part of a team
* Collaborate with other leaders across the company to implement new ideas and enable experimentation.
* Effectively present your team to all levels of the leadership.

The position is based in Seattle, WA.
