The NACF Ops Integration team is comprised of a team of leaders that are driving knowledge and performance awareness based projects that support FC leaders and associates. The projects span for In Application Training, to the Manager Reference Guide to In Application Coaching. This role is designed to lead the design and implantation of the future of Performance Management for NACF and influence the WW GCF Network. Later this year, phase 1 of the Performance Management program updates will be implemented in NACF. The next step is to lead the design, development, pilot and ultimately the execution of Phase 2 for implementation in 2020. This includes working hand in hand with AFT, Field Partners, corporate HR, Super Regionals and more. The leader in this space will be highly visible to Sr Leaders in the organization as they will influence the future of Performance Management at Amazon. Interested candidates in this position should have a passion for Performance Management and highly interested in driving change in this space.

Partner with Amazon Fulfillment Technologies on developing technical solutions to support the future of Performance Management at Amazon (example: ADAPT enhancements).
Work with Sr Leaders to create buy-in and support for the implementation of new Performance Management Policy at the network level.
Oversee the implementation and execution of the performance management program by creating virtual field based teams.
