Do you want to be at the leading edge of using Big Data to help improve customer experiences for hundreds of millions of Windows and Azure users around the world?

The COSINE Data team within Azure produces data sets, data products, and insights that enable the development and release of new Windows & Azure product capabilities, as well as internal engineering capabilities and experiences. This includes Decision Support offerings that enable Windows to release higher quality firmware, microcode, driver and HSA (Hardware Support Apps) to our user population and use the insights from diagnostic data to assess their health and readiness for broad availability.

Required qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience
* 5+ years' experience as a Program or Technical Product Manager

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience building data products, including driving metrics development and visualization methodologies
* A real passion for working with internal and external customers to understand their scenarios and business drivers
* Ability to develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities and drive project execution
* Ability to build positive relationships and deliver results in cross-group projects
* Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations, with a strong 'get it done' attitude
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with big data technologies used at Microsoft such as Cosmos, MSSQL, Kusto & Geneva is a strong plus.
* Experience working with data scientists and analysts on data projects is another strong plus.

* Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
